DHANI'S BOUTIQUE LIMITED regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all DHANI'S BOUTIQUE LIMITED users and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

In order to use the www.dhanisboutique.co.nz website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support, and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by DHANI'S BOUTIQUE is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from DHANI'S BOUTIQUE customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references and to assist in our staff development.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. DHANI'S BOUTIQUE may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. DHANI'S BOUTIQUE does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY


REFUNDS- We do not provide refunds only exchanges or store credits on purchases excluding pre-loved and SALE items.

PRE-LOVED/SALE ITEMS-ALL pre-loved/second hand and SALE items are as FINAL sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, so please choose carefully before purchasing. If you have specific questions about an item, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist.

Only New priced items may be exchanged or offered store credit.  

RETURNS  If you are not happy with your purchase on any of our new items, we are happy to offer you store credit or an exchange (excluding pre-loved items). Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the original stockist.  

To return your product, you should first email dhanisboutique@outlook.co.nz to lodge your return. You will then be provided with further instructions regarding how to return your product.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If you are approved, it will be processed, and we will notify you. 

SHIPPING To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dhani's Boutique Shop 1, 152 Onehunga Mall Road, Onehunga 1061, Auckland NZ. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will also be responsible for paying for shipping on your exchanged item and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
